Choose a service and an available time. After approval, pay a £20 deposit within 24 hours to confirm your appointment. The deposit comes off your final bill.

Customer cancellations forfeit the deposit. Reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice to transfer it, subject to availability. With less notice, a new £20 deposit is required. If we cancel, we arrange a refund. Statutory rights are unaffected; retention is subject to applicable law.
